SAN FRANCISCO, CA - March 1, 2003 - Today Contact Development Company, LLC (CDC), based in San Francisco, CA, announced that Chairman & CEO David Ellsworth will moderate and speak at the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Conference, Developing Golf Courses and Communities, to take place at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, Florida, on March 24-25, 2003. Mr. Ellsworth will moderate the session on "Clubhouse Trends", which is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25, 2003 from 8:45 - 10:00 a.m.

This important Conference will bring together more than 300 industry leaders to address such topics as:

• How to identify niche opportunities in tight markets.
• What's hot? What's not? The latest trends.
• Where the market for golf properties stands today and in the future.
• What are the new product types?

Ellsworth Shares His Expertise
Mr. Ellsworth has extensive experience in the structuring, documentation and, if necessary, the registration with the appropriate securities agencies of golf club equity and non-equity memberships as well as with matters dealing with the structure and documentation concerning golf facilities of all types. He has also been involved in representing both buyers and sellers of golf clubs and other golf facilities of all types and is an authority in the legal and business issues involved in such transactions.

Mr. Ellsworth leads his executive group at CDC in facilitating the investment of equity capital to develop or acquire new or existing golf facilities with particular emphasis on high-end golf facilities and clubs that are the major amenity component of a private residential golf club community.

Within the marketing and sales division of CDC, Mr. Ellsworth is responsible for conceptualizing and strategizing the development of complex domestic and international "cross-border" marketing and sales programs including the implementation of their operations that specialize in the on-site as well as off-site sale of the retail real estate products within private residential/resort golf club communities such as within the Punta Mita Resort near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico with CDC's affiliated marketing and sales company, Punta Mita Properties.
