David G. Ellsworth, Chairman & CEO of Contact Development Company, LLC, To Speak at the Urban Land Institutes Spring Forum

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - March 15, 2004 - Today Contact Development Company, LLC (CDC), headquartered in San Francisco, California with offices in Mexico City, announced that its Chairman & CEO, David Ellsworth, will be one of the featured speakers at the Urban Land Institutes (ULI) Annual Spring Forum, on May 13-14, 2004. Mr. Ellsworth will be a featured speaker to the Recreational Development Council executives and will moderate a panel of other distinguished speakers entitled "Hot Legal Issues Currently Affecting Mixed-Use Master Planned Golf Course Communities", which is scheduled for Thursday morning, May 13, 2004.

Ellsworth Shares his Expertise
Mr. Ellsworth is an expert in the United States and abroad in the structuring, development and regulatory aspects of major U.S. and International resort real estate development and in the structuring, documentation and closing of all aspects of business transactions involving the development, financing and marketing of all types of resort real estate projects and all of its components including hotels, fractional interest and whole ownership residential, golf courses and club, marinas, spas and fitness facilities, etc. Prior to founding CDC in 1986, Mr. Ellsworth was a practicing attorney for years specializing in all legal aspects of resort real estate development.

Currently at CDC, Mr. Ellsworth leads his executive group at CDC in the three principal areas of specialization: (1) development of new resort projects with a mixed-use resort/residential component including both whole and fractional interest ownership with a special emphasis on the luxury, high-end sector, (2) facilitating the investment of equity and debt financing capital for the development or acquisition of resorts and master-planned communities, and, (3) within the marketing and sales division of CDC, Mr. Ellsworth is responsible for conceptualizing and strategizing the development of complex domestic and international "cross-border" marketing and sales programs including the implementation of their operations that specialize in the on-site as well as off-site sale of the retail real estate products within private residential/resort golf club communities such as within the Punta Mita Resort near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico with CDCs owned and affiliated marketing and sales company, Punta Mita Properties.
