& CEO David Ellsworth will moderate and speak at the Urban Land
Institute (ULI) Conference, Latin America: Opportunities in Real
Estate Development, Investment and Finance, to take place at the
Eden Roc Renaissance Resort & Spa in Miami Beach, Florida, on May
22-23, 2003. Mr. Ellsworth will moderate the session on "Resort
Development in Mexico and the Caribbean", which is scheduled for
Friday, May 23, 2003 from 8:00 - 9:15 a.m.
This important Conference will bring together more than 400 industry
leaders to address such topics as:
- New investment strategies
- The risks involved in investment and development in Latin America
and how they can be mitigated
- The best sources of foreign capital and how Latin American developers

Ellsworth Shares His Expertise
Mr. Ellsworth is an expert in the United States in the business
and regulatory aspects of major U.S. and Latin American real estate
development and in the structuring and documentation and closing
of all aspects of business transactions involving the development,
financing and marketing of all types of real estate projects including
resorts, hotels, commercial office, retail and industrial. Over
the years he has been involved in hundreds of projects in Mexico
for both public and private sector clients and certain projects
in other Latin American countries including Venezuela, Ecuador,
Costa Rica, Panama, etc. On matters dealing with foreign investment
and real estate development in Latin America, a good deal of his
advice is of a business nature constituting investment banking services
-- having experienced over the years the factors that make for a
successful investment and project in Latin America.
