and El Careyes resorts, to own and operate the exclusive cross-border
marketing & sales organization specifically tailored for the promotion
and sale of residential resort properties at the secluded and upscale
El Tamarindo and El Careyes resort developments located just north
of the Manzanillo International Airport on the Pacific coast of Mexico.
