CDC has been instrumental in assisting some of the world's most prominent
resort developments to successful completion and global renown. When
deemed necessary for the success of a development by the project owner
and CDC, CDC can and will act as the developer or co-developer of
the project. In this role CDC offers vital assistance ranging from
executing and facilitating land acquisition; the design, structure
and hiring of the on-site development team; facilitating and obtaining
all necessary governmental permits and entitlements; coordinating
and managing project sub-contractors and outside consultants including
architects, engineers, environmental specialists, government officials;
and overseeing all construction and development to ensure timely completion
that is on or under budget. |
